For two weeks follow the guidelines and see what happens in your mind and life as a result.
Banished brain foods.... Every time you have a negative thought or emotion you are not to ‘feed’ either with your attention. Instead you shift your consciousness to something else lighter and happier for two weeks. So why this instead of changing your negative to positive? This is an EASIER way that allows you to stop 'fighting' with yourself, fixing yourself, or generally buying into the idea that you have to think positive every second of the day ... or else. This will vanquish the 'dementors' in your mind and allow you to practice experiencing more joy in the now. This does not include physical discomfort or pain. If that is the case seek medical or healing help to relieve symptoms.
Banished talk. Every time you find yourself putting your self down in any form verbally you are to stop and announce your better more positive aspects. You starve the part of yourself that joins the pity club or the belonging club to friends who put themselves down as a way of being accepted. What happens during this process is your friends start to see you as an inspiration. They stop and look and think well, if she, he, can do it, so can I. Equally you no longer talk about anyone else’s ‘stuff’ that needs healing, baggage that needs letting go of or anything derogatory or negative about anyone or anything else.
Your story- History! Many have had some tragic negative things happen in their lives that they think define who they are or what they create. You are no longer giving yourself permission to tell your story under any circumstances unless it’s there to support a client or friend who asks for help. In that case it can only be told in the positive aspect of what you have discovered that is GREAT about yourself and your life related to your past.
Most diets don’t work without exercise. Exercise your brain at least once a day with manifesting, visualizing what you want. State your manifestations out loud and write down in a goal journal.
