Vanya has been involved in the health industry for nearly 10 years. Her interests began volunteering for the ambulance and progressed to managing a health store in North London.
During this time she has studied and worked extensively with herbs, vitamins, homoeopathy, nutrition, flower essences, food allergies/sensitivities, sport supplementation, hormonal and nervous problems, and general health and well being. She is now teaching internationally with clients and students from over 20 different countries. Vanya incorporates natural medicine with intuition, and encourages all of her clients to access their own healing abilities.She also specialises in Australian Bush Flowers, has trained as a medical intuitive and teaches courses on intuitive development. Elaine Theta Healing® Master

Elaine is committed to  helping people transform their lives and wellbeing to achieve their goals and dreams. Now a healer and healing  teacher, Elaine draws on her professional and healing background to offer confidential individual support and a fun group learning  environment.  A business change catalyst for 27 years, Elaine helped clients manage growth, organisational development and cultural change. Her client base covered commercial organisations of all sizes and sectors, as well as central government where clients included the Home Office and Cabinet Office. Her ability to think conceptually and practically, experience in guiding progress over time, designing and running workshops, coaching and training and nurturing positive group dynamics, were all highly valued by her clients.  In 2007, a near-fatal impact with a bus and subsequent discovery of cancer, set her on a different life path.  Elaine initially underwent conventional  chemotherapy treatment, however the cancer relapsed and she was recommended  more invasive treatment or the prospect of a terminal prognosis. She instead chose to learn 3 different modalities of energy healing, including Theta and in  2009 received personal healing from Vianna Stibal, founder of Theta Healing.   The success of this prompted Elaine to train to teach Theta and practice as a full time healer.

She has gained her knowledge from research into  fundamental elements of holistic health, practising as a Reiki practitioner,  teaching & working with people with mental health challenges and special  needs, as well as continuously attending personal development seminars &  classes.
 
She is in the exciting process of raising her family, where the  hearing impairment of her oldest son still brings new insights into the ways we  can be with and understand each other. 

Carmen always had an inner knowing that there is a better and
more effective way to stop the patterns we tend to repeat and to enable us to  make permanent positive changes. Puja has  been helping people since 1989 to discover the inner stillness & relaxation needed to re-charge & find solutions to ever day life.
She offers safe hands, the wisdom of experience & intuition for you to 'come home to yourself' - you will then feel more energised & confident in creating the life you want to lead.
After studying Law at Oxford University, Puja realised that what she was really passionate about was understanding how our minds, bodies & emotions create our lives. She has been studying & practising Healing, Psychotherapy & Meditation ever since (I am also a Qualified Psychotherapist).

She studied Tibetan Pulsating Healing, did an intensive psychotherapy training, Usui Reiki training up to Master and runs her own practice in London as well as teaching Reiki to Theta Healing Academy clients.
She loves to help people bring more balance & joy into their lives.
She lives in Brighton and enjoys dancing 5 Rhythms, painting watercolours for healing, walking in nature, cooking healthy food & spending time with good friends.
