The sessions we offer are specifically tailored for your concerns at the time.
Choose which area of your life you wish to change. This can be anything from a health concern to financial, relationships, self confidence, feelings or matters of spirit and energy. Normally a session covers one area.
How to prepare for a session.
Prioritize your list of things you wish to change. We will uncover the subconscious belierfs through digging and testing. It is important your body is fully hydrated. Drink enough water before the session and have some water at hand during it. See our section on muscle testing/kinesiology and become familiar with using it here.
We have other methods to uncover subconscious beliefs and your practitioner will make you aware of those should you need them, during the session.Sessions last 30 minutes or an hour. It is recommended that your first experience of Theta Healing be an hour session. Those with prior experience may choose a 30 minute session.
