Science proves genes can be changed, Theta Healing® and meditation Theta Healing® created by Vianna Stibal, has known for years what science has recently proved. During the Basic DNA course we teach students how to change beliefs on a core, genetic, history and soul level. Once a belief is changed on a genetic level we expect the gene code itself to change. In a recent study science has proved that this can happen. |
Researchers in Spain, France and Wisconsin have produced the first reliable evidence of positive thinking as a device in epigenetics. They measured specific molecular changes in the body after a time of intensive mindfulness/meditation practice. The study used two diverse groups of subjects, one included experienced meditators, and the other consisting of untrained controller subjects. The first group engaged in 8 hours of meditation practice, while the second group were active in a range of peaceful but non-meditative activities. |
The outcomes were enormously convincing, as the meditators established a variety of genetic and molecular changes, including improved levels of gene-regulating machinery and decreased levels of pro-inflammatory genes. These types of biological effects would be linked with improved recovery times after stress or disease, demonstrating that mindfulness or meditation could dramatically improve health outcomes.
If you learn theta healing® yourself, you will discover you can meditate in a deep theta wave within minutes and create changes to your unconscious beliefs, gene code, DNA and therefore improve your life.
