Every now and then people experiences a sense of overwhelm and stress from the feeling they have too much to do, or you may have a belief ‘it’s too much’.
A few years ago we had an ailing pet. She required intravenous fluid on a daily basis
I tried a few times to help my partner hold her down but failed. It was a time I had overwhelming feelings of it’s too much stress, for her, for myself and my partner.
I didn’t know what to do; her life depended on the fluid therapy amongst other things.
She made it clear she wanted to hang around for another summer
- Meditate with the Creator. I prayed and handed it over to the Creator. That is a solution you can do too. Asking Creator to take care of something that seems too much for you alone to do.
- Ask for help. I asked people for help at every opportunity. You can do the same too. Many new ideas and ways to approach a situation and resolve it can come from others.
- Take action. I took action. In this case the action was searching on the net for solutions.
I then got told to ask for help and I did. One person I asked told me about a service to help pets and animals.
I found someone who seemed fairly local to us to come over and help administer the fluid and meds. It turns out she was a pet sitter who was also a qualified nurse.
Not only is she a nurse and animal lover, she was working ten minutes away from our house at the local hospital.
Over time she became one of our most dear friends. We help each other out whenever we can, that’s the nature of our friendship, kindness and sharing.
In Theta Healing® courses you are taught how to meditate with the Creator of all that is.
When I first took the Basic DNA course, I had no idea how many times it would come in handy over the years.
The healing was so profoundly effective I went on to become a Master and Certificate of Science Instructor.
I have used theta techniques forclients, students ,myself, family and loved ones for over a decade.
